International French Fries Day 2023
13th July is celebrated as national french fries day all over the world. French Fries “Pommes Frites” in France, “patatas fritas” in Spain, and “chips” in the UK, a popular side dish that is loved across the globe is a staple in any food establishment. Fry-day is celebrated to encourage the consumption of this tasty snack, made by slicing potatoes into strips and frying them in oil simple as that. Still, there are a variety of ways you can enjoy your fries like sweet potato, crinkle-cut, Cajun-style, curly, waffle, or filled within chili and cheese (sounds yummy).

HAPPY FRY-DAY
Mmmm yum! I had no idea there was an International French Fry Day but that’s one I can definitely get behind. I’ve not tried making home cooked chips since I was a kid, but your post has made me keen to have a go soon. I’ve not been out for French fries since before the pandemic started so I have a definite hankering for some. Nom nom!
